Schiffsminiaturen in Air Raid 36/46 Szenarien

Bei unterschiedlichen Szenarien für unsere 1/200 Flugzeuge verwenden wir zur Darstellung von Bodenzielen auch Schiffe. Am häufigsten nutzen wir den Maßstab 1/1800.

Hier nun meine Schiffmodelle in diesem Maßstab.

Ship miniatures in Air Raid 36/46 scenarios

We use ship miniatures to represent ground targets in different scenarios for our 1/200 aircraft battles. Most often we use the scale 1/1800.

Here are my ship models in this scale. All the ship models shown are made of resin. Decals from flightdeckdecals2400 were used for the flight decks.

With the exception of the 1/200 scale seaplanes which are 3D resin printed, all other aircraft shown are 1/200 Air Raid 36/46 metal models.

Aircraft STL-Files are designed and licensed by Roman Troyan

Carrier STL-files of the Akagi, the Kaga, the Hornet and the Yorktown are designed by Cocos_Models

All other ships are from the Shapeways-Shop.

These 1/200 scale Air Raid 46/46-metal planes are produced by Schilling-Figuren

Formation der sechs japanischen Flugzeugträger Akagi, Kaga, Soryu, Hiryu, Shokaku und Zuikaku auf ihrem Weg nach Pearl Harbor.

Formation of the six japanese aircraft carriers Akagi, Kaga, Soryu, Hiryu, Shokaku and Zuikaku on their way to Pearl Harbor.

Aircraft carrier Akagi, 1941:

The planes of the Akagi had 1 red stripe on their fuselage and the ID-number "AI-xxx". Aichi D3A1 divebomber and Nakajima B5N2 level/torpedobombers are shown. The front B5N2 with the red tail is the plane of Commander Fuchida during the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Aircraft carrier Kaga, 1941:

The planes of the Kaga had 2 red stripes on their fuselage and the ID-number "AII-xxx" with a formation of 3 Mitsubishi A6M2 Reisen/Zero.

Aircraft carrier Soryu, 1941:
The planes of the Soryu had 1 blue stripe on their fuselage and the ID-number "BI-xxx". Also shown are two Aichi D3A1 divebombers. The Aichi Val with the red dots was flown by Captain Egusa during the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Aircraft carrier Hiryu, 1941:
The planes of the Hiryu had 2 blue stripes on their fuselage and the ID-number "BII-xxx". Also shown are Nakajima B5N2 torpedo-bombers, Aichi D3A1 divebombers and Mitsubishi A6M2 Reisen/Zero-fighters.

Aircraft carrier Shokaku, 1941:
The planes of the Shokaku had 1 white stripe on their fuselage and the ID-number "EI-xxx" with a formation of 3 Nakajima B5N2 torpedo-bombers.

Aircraft carrier Zuikaku, 1941:
The planes of the Zuikaku had 2 white stripes on their fuselage and the ID-number "EII-xxx". Also shown are a Nakajima B5N2 torpedo-bomber, an Aichi D3A1 divebomber and Mitsubishi A6M2 Reisen/Zero-fighters. The front A6M2 with the ID "EII-102" was the plane of the fighter-ace Iwamoto.

Aircraft carrier HMS Hermes, 1942:
This small aircraft carrier was sunk during the operation against Ceylon. Also shown are Fairey Fulmar II heavy fighter.

The carriers which participated during the Battle of Coral Sea. From Left to right: Shokaku, Zuikaku, Shoho, Lexington, Yorktown.

Aircraft carrier Shoho, 1942:
The light carrier Shoho had only 18 planes during the Battle of Coral Sea. Also the replacement of the older A5M4 with the modern A6M2 Reisen/Zero was not completed. So the Shoho had to use the obsolete A5M4 during battle. The Shoho was destroyed by a massive US attack during the Battle of Coral Sea.

Aircraft Carrier USS Lexington, 1942:
This huge aircraft carrier had a displacement of 36.000 tons and an aircraft capacity of 90 planes. It was sunk during the battle of Coral Sea. Also shown are Douglas TBD-1 Devastator torpedo bomber, Douglas SBD-1 Dauntless dive-bomber and Grumman F4F-4 Wildcat fighter.

Aircraft Carrier USS Yorktown with SBD-3 Dauntless and F4F Wildcats.

Aircraft Carrier USS Hornet with SBD-3 Dauntless and F4F-4 Wildcats.

Aircraft carrier Soryu, 1938
Before the Soryu got the modern Aichi D3A1 Val and the Mitsubishi A6M2 Reisen/Zero it was equipped with Aichi D1A2 Susie divebombers and Mitsubishi A5M4 fighter.

Aircraft Carriers Shokaku and Zuikaku, 1944:
During the last years of the war the aircraft carriers got a camouflage schema.

Aircraft Carrier Zuikaku, 1944:
Shown are Yokosuka D4Y1 dive bomber and Mitsubishi A6M5 Reisen/Zero. The planes of the Imperial Japanese Navy were painted in dark green and the wings got yellow markings. Also the ID-number was changed to "312-xxx"
